Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage prospective customers.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Manage customer queries and responses through WhatsApp and social media channels.
• Execute WhatsApp broadcasts and digital campaigns for lead generation and promotional activities.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and lead generation metrics.
• Prepare monthly social media and campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Design, Sales, and Content teams for promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and platform updates.
• Maintain consistent brand communication across all digital channels.

• Content creation and copywriting.
• Social media advertising and campaign management.
• CRM and customer relationship management.
• Basic photo and video editing.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Ability to create engaging promotional content and marketing copies.
