WFM MIS Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze and report on WFM data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into workforce performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting needs and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis findings.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing reports/dashboards.
