WFM Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing daily and weekly WFM reports.
• Support roster management and workforce scheduling.
• Assist in monitoring attendance, shrinkage, occupancy, productivity, and staffing.
• Create and maintain reports using Google Sheets.
• Support real-time staffing monitoring and identify gaps.
• Assist with forecasting and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with Operations for WFM-related requirements.
• Maintain accurate WFM trackers and reports.

Required Skills

• Basic to good knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of WFM concepts.
• Basic knowledge of roster management and scheduling.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with data and reports.
• Knowledge of Macros will be an added advantage.
• BPO experience/internship experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or pursuing graduation in any stream.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with basic WFM/MIS knowledge will be preferred.
