Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various roles within the organization through headhunting, networking, and other sourcing methods.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of successful headhunting and sourcing candidates for senior-level positions.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
