About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients across IT, Non-IT, product-based companies, startups, and e-commerce.
Generate new staffing mandates and build a strong client pipeline.
Develop relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Hiring Managers, and business decision-makers.
Drive B2B sales, client meetings, negotiations, and business closures.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding.
Requirements:
Experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Staffing Sales.
Proven experience acquiring new clients for recruitment or staffing services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
An existing client network will be an advantage.
