Were looking for an experienced Adobe Target Specialist to join our team and work on experimentation, personalization, and digital optimization initiatives.

Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Chandigarh | Gurugram | Bengaluru
Experience: 8+ Years

What youll work on:

• Build and deploy A/B, MVT, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target
  • Implement Experience Targeting (XT) and audience-based experiments
  • Translate business requirements into Target activities, offers, and experiences
  • Work closely with Analytics, Marketing, and UX teams to define test hypotheses and variants
  • Debug and troubleshoot implementation issues across web, mobile web, and apps
  • Ensure seamless integration with Adobe Analytics, AEP, Adobe Launch, or other TMS
  

Must-have skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target (VEC & Form-Based)
Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills
Experience with Adobe Launch / Tealium / GTM
Strong understanding of A/B testing, personalization, audiences, and reporting
Ability to manage multiple experiments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Good to have:
• Exposure to Adobe Analytics, AEP, or Adobe Experience Cloud
• Experience working with US/EU clients in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or BFSI
• Familiarity with Chrome DevTools and network debugging
