Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Fresher to join our team in Vapi. The candidate will support day-to-day supply chain operations, coordination, data management, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain and operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in order tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Maintain and update supply chain-related data and records.
• Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and reports using MS Excel.
• Support inventory and material movement tracking.
• Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update transactions in the ERP system.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BBM / Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A proactive and enthusiastic fresher with excellent communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, good analytical ability, and a keen interest in building a career in Supply Chain Management.
