Role Description The Wellness Nurse at Prvnt is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting individualized health programs for family members across treatment, prevention, longevity, and performance. Day-to-day, the Wellness Nurse coordinates and delivers clinical services such as vital monitoring, sample collection, and follow-up assessments, ensuring all procedures meet safety and quality standards. The role includes educating members on preventive care, lifestyle interventions, and adherence to evidence-based protocols, while working closely with physicians, Health Partners, and the wider clinical team to implement tailored care plans. The Wellness Nurse documents all interactions accurately in the medical record, assists with scheduling and preparation for diagnostics, and helps manage logistics for at-home and in-practice services. This position requires a commitment to discretion, high-touch service, and sustained relationships with families over time.

Qualifications

• Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent), valid nursing registration, and experience in clinical or wellness-focused settings.
• Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, specimen collection (e.g., blood draws), and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Ability to support preventive health, lifestyle counseling, and adherence to long-term care programs, with interest in longevity and performance medicine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and family members across age groups.
• Proficiency in medical documentation, use of electronic health records, and comfort working with data-driven, protocol-based care.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy, with the ability to deliver concierge-style, member-focused service.
