We are looking for a Well-being Services Manager to join a growing HappinessCue team in Gurugram / Noida. The role supports HappinessCue's non-medical personal well-being services. The person will interact with clients respectfully, understand the guidance they are seeking, coordinate with appropriate experts, manage follow-ups and help keep the experience private, clear and professional. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
Responsibilities

- The person will interact with clients respectfully, understand the guidance they are seeking, coordinate with appropriate experts, manage follow-ups and help keep the experience private, clear and professional.
- Strong listening skills, maturity, empathy and appropriate professional boundaries are important.
- The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
- The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-7 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- Location: Gurugram / Noida.
