Welfare Officer

Plan, monitor and control the food requirements on daily basis and act accordingly

• Communicate with vendors for supply of items and supply of provisions as required
• Periodical supervising of guest house and made arrangements to provide required items.
• Providing accommodation to guest and communicate to the concerned person
• Allotment of vehicles to employees with interaction of corporate transport department
• Attending the grievances of employees in welfare measures and administration
• Organize functions in the company as per requirements
