Job Description

We are hiring a Welfare Officer for our manufacturing plant at Bhiwadi. The candidate should have experience in industrial relations, statutory compliances, employee welfare activities, and grievance handling in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
• Support recruitment, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
• Coordinate counselling sessions and worker-related matters.
• Prepare MIS reports and support HR/Admin operations.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Factory Act, Minimum Wages Act, Industrial Disputes Act, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
