Welfare Executive

Roles and Responsibilities will be as follows and shall not be limited to below mentioned:

1. To advise on compliances ,obligations ,statutory or otherwise, concerning regulation of working hours, maternity benefit ,medical care, compensation for injuries and sickness and other welfare measure such as canteen, transport , housing facilities (Guest House) ,social and recreational facilities ,sanitation .
2. To Study & Understand the point of view of workers/employees in order to help management to shape and formulate various policies.
3. To bring to the notice of the management the grievances of the worker/employees with a view to securing expeditious redressal.
4. Establish contact and hold consultation with a view to maintain harmonious working environment etc.
5. Facility Management.
6. Looking after compliance related to Admin(Like transportation, housekeeping, canteen, etc), Invoicing and other related task.
7. Contract Labor Management. Managing their attendance, invoicing, etc.
