Welding Foreman

We are looking for a skilled Welding Foreman to join our team at Aarvi Encon Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in welding and a strong background in mechanical engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate welding operations to ensure high-quality results.


• Develop and implement welding procedures and protocols to meet project requirements.


• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.


• Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals.


• Analyze and troubleshoot welding issues and provide solutions.


• Train and guide junior staff members on welding techniques and best practices.

Job Requirements

• ITI-Welder or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.


• Possess strong knowledge of welding principles, practices, and techniques.


• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Familiarity with industry-standard software and equipment is required.


• Duty hours: 9 hours/day.


• Working days: 6 days/week.


• Contract duration: 6 months (extendable).
