Position title : Assistant Manager
Location of Posting : VV1, Sipcot Industrial Park, Vallam Vadagal, Taluk, Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu 602105
Roles & Responsibilities :
* Lead new model development for the Fuel Tank line
* Plan capacity expansion and develop manufacturing processes
* Drive Gemba-based continuous improvement activities.
* Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
* Support quality improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
* Coordinate testing and validation with Manufacturing and Quality teams.
* Work with cross-functional teams for project execution.
* Maintain process documentation and manufacturing standards.
Skill :
* Should have basic knowledge of fuel tank welding.
* Basic Quality knowledge with defect identification.
* Good Communication and presentation skills.
* Problem-Solving & Shopfloor Skills
