Welding Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop welding procedures (WPS) and perform PQR testing to ensure compliance with ASME Section IX standards.
  
• Conduct NDT inspections using various methods such as UT, RT, MT, DPT, LDPT to detect defects or anomalies in welds.
  
• Create welder qualification documents including WPQ forms for re-qualifications.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of all welding activities, including records of testing results and certifications.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement welding processes that meet project requirements.
