Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform arc welding, MIG/TIG welding operations to fabricate metal structures, pipes, and other components according to design specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks on welds to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues related to welding processes and equipment as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times during work hours.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in arc welding (MMA/SMAW) & TIG welding (GTAW).
• Diploma/ITI qualification required; B.Tech degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of structural fabrication techniques for steel structures, pipes, etc.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints/drawings for accurate assembly.
