Help couples choose wedding planning and decor services that suit their vision, venue and budget. Combine thoughtful client conversations with disciplined follow-up, working with design and execution teams on practical proposals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to enquiries and understand dates, venue, aesthetic priorities and budget.

• Conduct consultations and explain wedding design and decor options clearly.

• Work with designers and production colleagues on concepts, feasibility and estimates.

• Prepare proposals and quotations with accurate scope, exclusions and approval records.

• Maintain CRM notes, follow-up schedules and pipeline updates.

• Coordinate site visits, revisions and booking discussions within approved terms.

• Hand over confirmed briefs, commitments and changes clearly to delivery teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Consultative communication, attentive listening and organised follow-through.

• Relevant sales, client servicing, events or hospitality experience and interest in wedding design.

• Ability to discuss aesthetics and commercial details without promising unapproved deliverables.

• Comfort with proposals, spreadsheets and CRM systems.

• Availability for on-site work in Bengaluru, client meetings and venue visits, including weekends when required.
