Job Description:-
WebSphere production support.
Location-Mumbai.
Years- 4 to 8 Years.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Provide 24x7 production support for applications and middleware hosted on Linux, WAS, and FileNet platforms.
- Perform daily health checks of Linux servers, WebSphere environments, and FileNet repositories.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application server performance, deployments, JVM, clustering, and connectivity.
- Administer and support IBM FileNet (installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting).
- Execute and optimize SQL queries; assist with database performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with development teams for application deployments, upgrades, and fixes.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, SOPs, and technical knowledge base.
