What we are looking for : Websphere Production Support Engineer
Interview Mode : F2F discussion
Experience : 4-10 Years
Interview location : Mumbai
- Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
- Experience in Production Support and Application Support activities
- Strong knowledge of WebSphere installation, configuration, deployment, and administration
- Experience in troubleshooting application and server-related issues
- Knowledge of JVM tuning, Heap Dumps, Thread Dumps, and GC Analysis
- Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of HTTP, HTTPS, SSL Certificates, and Networking concepts
- Experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Knowledge of Application Deployment and Environment Management
- Experience with Log Analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Understanding of Web Servers such as IBM HTTP Server (IHS) or Apache
