Website, Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Website Management
  • Manage, update, and optimize company websites (course pages, landing pages, blogs)
  • Ensure website performance, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for enhancements and troubleshooting
  • Track and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics
• Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X)
  • Build and grow online communities around cybersecurity education
  • Run campaigns for course launches, webinars (e.g., CyberPulse), and events
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage brand reputation
• Digital Marketing Execution
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid organic)
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
  • Optimize conversion funnels for course enrollments
  • Collaborate on content marketing (blogs, videos, case studies, cybersecurity insights)
• Analytics Reporting
  • Track KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions)
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Use insights to improve campaign performance and ROI

Required Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or website management
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms
• Experience with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console
• Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• WordPress/Webflow or similar CMS
• Email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• Excellent content writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, Cybersecurity, or IT training industry
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (training will be provided)
• Experience in running webinar and course launch campaigns
