Website Developer

Location: Jaipur | On-site Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview We are looking for a Website Developer to manage, maintain, and continuously improve multiple business websites. The role is focused specifically on website development, performance, SEO/AEO, landing pages, and frontend website enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js and a proven portfolio of live websites.

Responsibility

• Manage and maintain 5+ business websites.
• Develop new website pages, sections, and high-converting landing pages.
• Fix website bugs, UI issues, broken layouts, and technical errors.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, responsiveness, and usability.
• Implement SEO-friendly website structures and best practices.
• Improve websites for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
• Convert Figma/designs into clean, responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
• Ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness.
• Continuously improve website UI, UX, and overall performance.
• Work closely with the marketing/content team to implement website updates and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Dubai team and communicate updates clearly in English.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on Website Development experience.
• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design.
• Good knowledge of technical SEO and on-page SEO.
• Understanding of AEO and search-friendly website structures.
• Experience with website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience creating landing pages focused on conversions.
• Strong attention to UI details and website quality.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must have a portfolio or live websites to showcase previous work.

Advantage

• Experience working with Fintech, Forex, Trading, Financial Services, Banking, or similar websites.
• Understanding of financial/trading terminology and website requirements.
• Experience working with marketing teams on campaign landing pages.
• Experience with analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization. This is a

Website Developer role , primarily focused on business websites, landing pages,

SEO/AEO, frontend UI, performance, and ongoing website maintenance. Candidates primarily focused on backend development, software engineering, mobile app development, APIs, or general software/application development will not be considered.

Portfolio / live website work is mandatory.
