Key Responsibilities - 1. Design and develop dynamic websites using WordPress and React.js frameworks.

- 4. Maintain and optimize website performance, ensuring responsive design and fast load times.

- 6. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and conduct thorough testing before deployment.
- 7. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing client websites.

- 9. Perform regular backups, updates, and security monitoring of WordPress websites.
- 10. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or compatibility issues efficiently.
- 1. B.Tech / MCA / BCA or relevant technical qualification with 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience.
- 2. Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, theme/plugin development, and site migration.
- 3. Proficient in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
- 4. Experience working with WordPress REST API and third-party integrations.
- 5. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and task runners/build tools (Webpack, npm).
- 6. Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
- 7. Strong attention to detail with excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- 8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
- 9. Freelance/contractor mindset with ownership of deliverables.
- 10. Immediate availability would be an added advantage.
