Website Content Developer AND Digital Marketing

Daali is looking for a creative, highly proactive individual who can own our digital presence end-to-end from creating content and building campaigns to keeping our Shopify website fresh, engaging and conversion-focused.

This is not a desk-only role. You will be out at our stores, nursery, site projects and events, capturing Daali as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Google.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, campaigns and promotional content.
• Manage Meta ads, boost relevant campaigns and track engagement, reach and lead generation.
• Stay updated with social-media trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand content for Daali.
• Manage Google Business updates, customer reviews and basic digital listings.
• Coordinate with influencers, collaborators and external partners for content-led campaigns.

Photography, Videography & Content Creation

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of plants, planters, store displays, landscaping projects, corporate gifting, events and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Shoot and edit engaging reels, product videos, walkthroughs, testimonials and campaign content.
• Be comfortable using professional cameras, lighting and mobile content-creation tools.
• Develop creative concepts, write captions and turn everyday Daali moments into compelling stories.

Graphic Design

• Create on-brand social-media creatives, brochures, presentations, posters, catalogues, packaging artwork, event collaterals and ad creatives.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital and offline communication.
• Design quick, relevant creatives for launches, offers, festivals, projects and collaborations.

Website & Shopify Management

• Manage and regularly update the Daali Shopify website.
• Upload and update products, prices, collections, images, descriptions, care guides and inventory-related information.
• Create website banners, landing pages, seasonal collections and promotional sections.
• Ensure the website is visually appealing, easy to navigate and updated with current products and campaigns.
• Support SEO, product tagging, website content and e-commerce optimisation.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in digital marketing, social-media management, content creation or a similar creative role.
• Strong photography, videography and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Graphic Design Websites; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Shopify website design, product uploads and website updates.
• Understanding of Meta Business Suite, paid campaigns and social-media analytics.
• Excellent sense of design, aesthetics, storytelling and current digital trends.
• Someone who is organised, fast-moving, creative and comfortable taking ownership.
