Webmethods Developer

We are seeking an experienced webMethods Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using the Software AG webMethods platform. The candidate will be responsible for developing interfaces, APIs, and integration workflows while ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using webMethods Integration Server.
• Develop and support interfaces using webMethods Designer and Universal Messaging.
• Create and manage REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
• Work with trading partner integrations using EDI/X12, XML, JSON, and flat files.
• Configure and manage Trading Networks, Broker, and MWS components.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide production support.
Required Skills
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Software AG webMethods.
• Strong experience with Integration Server, Designer, Trading Networks, MWS, and Universal Messaging.
• Experience in developing REST and SOAP services.
• Good understanding of XML, JSON, XSD, EDI, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with API Gateway and Microservices Architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Experience in Banking, Telecom, Insurance, or Retail domains.
