Role Description The Webmaster and Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s web properties and digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include designing and updating website layouts, implementing new features, ensuring site performance, security, and uptime, and optimizing user experience across devices and browsers. The role involves developing and maintaining e-commerce functionalities, integrating third-party tools and APIs, and collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams to support business and campaign objectives. The professional will monitor web analytics, troubleshoot technical issues, manage content updates, and ensure compliance with branding and accessibility standards. The position also requires active participation in project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of web development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hosting Management, SSL configuration, Web Design, including responsive UI/UX design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with E-Commerce platforms and workflows, such as product catalogs, payment gateways, and secure transaction handling.
• Solid Programming skills using modern web technologies (e.g., PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks), with familiarity in backend development and database integration.
• Strong PHP skills are required. Skills in React or Angular development are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated Project Management abilities, including planning, prioritizing tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and meeting delivery timelines.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track performance, user behavior, and conversions, and to translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, website security practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, healthcare technology environment.
