Koantek is looking for a hands-on Webflow Developer & Digital Experience Specialist to own the development, design, and continuous evolution of our digital presence. Sitting within the Marketing team, this role bridges Webflow development and UI/UX design to translate our brand and go-to-market priorities into responsive, intuitive digital experiences.

We need a candidate who goes beyond executing pre-made designs. You will take business or marketing requirements, independently recommend effective digital layouts, and build them. Deep expertise in B2B cloud technology or digital marketing isn't required on day one-what matters most is high visual standards, technical curiosity, and the ability to turn complex tech concepts into clean web experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Webflow Development & Website Ownership
   • Own the development, maintenance, performance, and accessibility of Koanteks Webflow platform.
   • Build responsive landing pages, solution pages, CMS collections, forms, and reusable components.
   • Write custom HTML/CSS and JavaScript where needed to extend native Webflow functionality.
   • Manage site integrations, cross-browser compatibility, and CMS architecture for maximum scalability.
2. UI/UX & Digital Design
   • Apply visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive UX principles to build polished digital user journeys.
   • Independently design end-to-end page structures and layouts without relying on fully developed mockups.
   • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while optimizing site structure and navigation.
3. Website Optimization & Marketing Support
   • Partner with Marketing to build high-converting campaign landing pages, event pages, and GTM experiences.
   • Support technical SEO best practices (metadata, accessibility, page speed) and analytics setup (GA4/tracking).
   • Provide auxiliary design support for visual assets and client-facing Google Slides presentations.
4. AI Execution & Collaboration
   • Utilize modern AI and automation tools to accelerate design iteration, code workflows, and web production.
   • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based stakeholders during dedicated overlap working hours.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience building and managing Webflow websites.
• Strong Portfolio: 2-3 live Webflow projects demonstrating both UI/UX design and development ownership.
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Webflow CMS, animations, responsive design, and basic HTML/CSS/JS.
• Design Capability: Solid grasp of layout, typography, whitespace, user journeys, and accessibility standards.
• Execution: Proven ability to translate ambiguous business briefs into complete, functional web pages.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication for seamless U.S. stakeholder alignment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Webflow frameworks like Client-First or Relume.
• Working knowledge of SEO (Google Search Console), GA4, GTM, or marketing automation (Zapier/Make).
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, cloud, data, AI, or IT professional services environments.
