Webflow Developer

We are looking for a Webflow Developer who can build high-quality, responsive websites from Figma designs and contribute to fast, efficient project delivery.

You will work closely with our team to deliver clean, scalable Webflow builds with strong attention to detail

• Convert Figma designs into responsive Webflow websites
• Build and manage CMS collections and dynamic pages
• Ensure clean structure, proper class naming, and reusable components
• Implement interactions and animations using Webflow and GSAP where required
• Optimize websites for speed and basic SEO
• Integrate forms, tracking, and third-party tools
• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility

• 1.5 to 3.5 years of experience in Webflow development
• Strong understanding of Webflow, CMS, and responsive design
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with GSAP and in advanced animations
• Ability to accurately follow Figma designs
• Strong attention to detail

• Agency experience
• Experience with animation-heavy or interaction-driven websites
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable
• Basic understanding of SEO and performance

• Someone who can execute without constant supervision
• Good communication and ability to take feedback
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Willingness to learn and improve
