Job Description - Webengage Marketing Specialist

• Marketing Automation and Customer Journey Orchestration: Utilize marketing automation tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, Marketo, HubSpot, and others to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys based on user behavior and segmentation.
• Campaign Development & Management: Develop and manage multichannel marketing campaigns (email, in-app messages, push notifications, WhatsAPP, etc.) using automation tools. Coordinate with the content team to align on campaign messaging and ensure seamless execution.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, understand user behavior, and derive actionable insights for future strategies. Regularly present key findings, insights, and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Testing and Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize for improved performance, conducting A/B and multivariate tests on campaigns and user journeys.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure brand messaging alignment and identify opportunities for user growth.
