Isharya is looking for a hands-on Web Operations professional to manage day-to-day operations of its Shopify D2C websites.
Responsibilities
- The role will own product uploads and catalogue hygiene, collection and navigation updates, product descriptions and imagery coordination, pricing and inventory checks, promotional landing pages, discount setup, website merchandising, and coordination of website changes with internal teams and external partners.
- The candidate will monitor website health, identify and resolve customer journey or content issues, support launches and campaigns, and track key website metrics such as conversion rate, sessions, add-to-cart and revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify and premium/lifestyle e-commerce is preferred.
