Web Full Stack Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable full-stack applications leveraging React, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS, and Kubernetes. The candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and ensure the successful execution of modernization initiatives while maintaining high engineering quality standards.

• Lead technical design and architecture discussions across frontend and backend systems.
• Drive development of scalable full-stack solutions using Next.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS.
• Define standards for application architecture, coding practices, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead API contract discussions and GraphQL federation strategy.
• Guide modernization efforts from legacy platforms to cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Managers to define technical roadmaps.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and solution design guidance.
• Drive CI/CD, DevOps, Kubernetes adoption, and production readiness practices.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
