Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Valancheri. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive websites that align with client requirements and business goals. Daily responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and integrating back-end functionality, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with designers, digital marketing specialists, and other team members to deliver user-friendly, secure, and scalable web solutions. The Web Developer will also troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, maintain documentation, and stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, such as working with server-side languages, databases, APIs, and application security practices.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, covering the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to optimize performance, ensure cross-browser support, and maintain clean, well-documented code.
• Relevant experience with modern frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, PHP, or similar) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management abilities, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-focused solutions.
