Role Description The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support CountryEdu’s consulting and education services. Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing server-side logic, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring security and scalability of web solutions. The role involves collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable code and to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, requiring close collaboration with the local team and participation in regular reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills for building reliable, scalable applications.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills to create accessible, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills to implement server-side logic, database interactions, and API integrations.
• Candidates should be familiar with modern web technologies and frameworks (such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one major framework or library).
• Candidates should have experience with version control systems, testing practices, and basic security principles for web applications.
• Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• A relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
