Role Description The Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, responsive websites that align with client requirements and business objectives. This role includes building and optimizing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end logic and integrations, and ensuring performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility. The Web Developer will collaborate closely with designers, digital marketing specialists, and other team members to translate project briefs into functional web solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver quality-tested code. Day-to-day tasks also involve participating in requirements gathering, reviewing existing systems for enhancements, and staying updated with current web technologies and best practices.

What You'll Do: ✔ Build & maintain websites using WordPress & Duda ✔ Update website content and layouts ✔ Convert UI/UX designs into responsive web pages ✔ Implement basic SEO best practices ✔ Test websites across devices and browsers ✔ Learn HTML, CSS & JavaScript through real projects

Skills We're Looking For: ✔ Experience with WordPress or Duda (3-4 years of experience preferred) ✔ Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS ✔ Experience in responsive web design & UI/UX ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Passion for learning and growing in web development
