Project Role Description : Design, build and test web-based applications for various site components and edit site content. Document technical designs and specifications. Research and incorporate updated content for websites.

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Designs and develops backend microservices for Payroll and Onboarding using Java and Spring Boot. Implements REST APIs, workflow orchestration, rules engines, payroll and conversion pipelines, document and KYC services, and integrations with external and internal systems. Builds asynchronous processing, security layers, logging, monitoring, and API gateway patterns. As a Web Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and testing of web-based applications tailored for various site components. Your typical day will involve editing site content, documenting technical designs and specifications, and researching to incorporate updated content for websites, ensuring they remain relevant and user-friendly. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics of the web applications, contributing to a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development of new features and functionalities for web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Hadoop Administration, Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
