Role Description This is a full-time, remote Web Developer role responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing GraniteShares’ digital experiences across web properties. The Web Developer will implement responsive user interfaces, integrate data and content from internal and external systems, and ensure site performance, accessibility, and security. Daily work includes collaborating with product, design, compliance, and marketing teams to develop new features, update fund information, and support digital campaigns. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing for search and analytics, and continuously improving code quality and development workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a distributed team and can translate business and regulatory requirements into reliable, user-friendly web solutions. Azure DevOps Key Responsibilities

Web Front-End Development • Design and build responsive, accessible web interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS

• Develop interactive UI components using modern frameworks such as React or Vue.js

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first responsive design

• Optimise front-end performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and asset optimisation

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into production-ready code

Microsoft Stack & Back-End Development • Develop server-side web applications using ASP.NET Core / .NET, C#, and MVC/Razor frameworks

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services

• Maintain and extend existing .NET applications, applying best practices for performance and security

CMS Development & Management • Develop, configure, and customise CMS platforms (e.g. Umbraco or similar enterprise CMS)

• Build and maintain content templates, document types, and custom components within the CMS

• Support content editors and marketing teams with CMS onboarding, tooling, and documentation

• Manage CMS upgrades, plugin integrations, and performance monitoring

Database & Data Layer • Design and maintain SQL Server databases, including schema design, stored procedures, and indexing strategies

• Write efficient T-SQL queries and optimise database performance

• Work with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework for data access

• Support data migrations, backups, and disaster recovery procedures in line with IT policy

Azure & DevOps • Deploy and manage web applications on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, CDN)

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

• Monitor application health using Azure Application Insights and act on telemetry data

• Follow security hardening and governance standards in line with the organisation’s Azure policies Required Skills & Experience

Essential • 2+ years of professional experience in full stack web development

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar)

• Solid experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET (C#) and MVC patterns

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server: schema design, T-SQL, stored procedures

• Experience developing on or integrating with an enterprise CMS platform

• Working knowledge of Azure services relevant to web hosting and deployment

• Familiarity with RESTful API design and consumption

• Proficient with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows

• Strong understanding of web security principles (OWASP Top 10, HTTPS, input validation) -
