As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Time is also dedicated to researching new and updated content to enhance the website s offerings, ensuring that the site remains current and engaging for users. Collaboration with team members to align on project goals and deliverables is an integral part of the daily routine.



Roles & Responsibilities:


- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify project requirements.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and usability of web applications.



Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:- Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience in documenting detailed technical designs and specifications.
- Ability to research and integrate updated content effectively within web applications.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies to ensure quality and functionality of web components.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and clear information exchange.



Additional Information


- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
