Collaboration with other teams may also be part of the daily routine to maintain seamless website functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to ensure quality and timely delivery of web applications.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow developer, TNI

Strong knowledge of web development principles including front-end and back-end integration.

Experience with scripting and automation within web platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Understanding of user experience design and accessibility standards.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
