Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of web applications ensuring high quality and performance.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).

Strong knowledge of web development frameworks and libraries related to Python.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.

Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance and scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
