The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure it remains current and relevant. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail, as well as researching new information and trends to incorporate updated content that enhances the overall user experience and functionality of the websites managed. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to ensure quality and timely delivery of web applications.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow developer, TNI
• Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web application performance and functionality.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party tools and APIs within ServiceNow environments.
• Knowledge of best practices for web security and data protection. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
