About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in website design and development to join our agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising websites for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly websites.
• Build custom websites using WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Customise themes, plugins, and CMS functionalities based on client requirements.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Perform website updates, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, content teams, and account managers to deliver website projects.
• Translate wireframes, UI/UX designs, and business requirements into functional websites.
• Manage multiple website development projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical discussions.

Performance & Optimization

• Optimise website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, schema markup, redirects, XML sitemaps, and website architecture improvements.
• Ensure website security, backups, and compliance with industry standards.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting before deployment.
• Ensure websites are free from bugs and technical issues.
• Maintain coding standards and documentation.

Client & Agency Support

• Provide technical recommendations for website improvements.
• Support digital marketing initiatives through landing page development, tracking implementation, and analytics integration.
• Assist account management teams in client meetings when technical inputs are required.

Technical Skills

• 4–6 years of web development experience in a digital agency, IT services, or product company.
• Strong proficiency in:
