You will collaborate with developers, product teams, marketing professionals, and other designers to transform ideas and requirements into polished digital experiences. • Designing responsive website layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity website designs
• Designing landing pages, dashboards, and other digital interfaces
• Developing consistent visual styles aligned with brand guidelines
• Creating and optimizing graphics and other web assets
• Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Improving website usability, navigation, and overall user experience
• Conducting basic user research and incorporating feedback into designs
• Reviewing websites and identifying visual or usability issues
• Ensuring designs follow accessibility and responsive design principles
• Maintaining design systems, reusable components, and style guides

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in web design or a relevant internship
• Strong understanding of UI and web design principles
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual composition
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Familiarity with UX principles and accessibility is beneficial
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
