Job Title: Web Designer & Developer Shopify & E-commerce

Experience Level: 5 Years

Location: Remote / Vadodara 

Time Zone: Overlap with Pacific Time (PT) (10-hour shift including a 1-hour break)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Web Designer & Developer with strong Shopify development and UX/UI design expertise to design, develop, and optimize e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Shopify, Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Figma, with experience creating responsive, high-performing, and conversion-focused online shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Shopify websites from concept to deployment.
• Create and maintain landing pages, product pages, collection pages, and conversion-focused website experiences.
• Own UX/UI design in Figma and implement designs directly in Shopify.
• Manage Shopify themes, apps, integrations, and third-party tools.
• Optimize website performance, accessibility, SEO, and mobile experience.
• Troubleshoot website issues, implement fixes, and support product launches.
• Collaborate with growth, e-commerce, and analytics teams to improve conversions and user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong Shopify development experience, including Liquid, theme architecture, and the Shopify ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Advanced expertise in Figma and UX/UI design.
• Experience with website performance optimization, SEO fundamentals, analytics, and quality assurance (QA).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify Functions, Checkout Extensibility, Storefront API, GraphQL, or custom app development.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools such as Klaviyo, Recharge/Skio, Yotpo/Okendo, or similar platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing landing pages.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and structured deployment workflows.
