Job Responsibilities

  • Generate, upload, and maintain accurate digital content (descriptions, attributes, catalogue data) in line with commercial and marketing requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of digital assets (e.g., sizing, ratios, resolutions, naming conventions).
  • Conduct regular quality checks to proactively identify and resolve non-compliant items.
  • Manage and maintain store listings across all regions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.
  • Conduct regular site/content checks to confirm correct categorization, fulfillment, and display; action amendments promptly.
  • Utilize AI-enabled operations and workflows to support content creation, asset management, and reporting efficiency.
  • Explore and adopt AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, accuracy, and scalability in content operations.
  • Oversight & Performance
    • Strictly meet deadlines and performance targets in a fast-paced environment, especially for high-profile launches and priority deliverables.
    • Maintain daily reports, trackers, and timesheets to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational clarity.
    • Uphold high content quality standards across all processes and handoffs.

Required Skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines and targets in a performance-driven environment.
