Role Description The Web Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajarhat. The Web Consultant will work directly with clients to understand business objectives, analyze existing digital presence, and recommend web solutions that align with technical and commercial goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating websites and web applications, interpreting web analytics, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal design and development teams to shape project scope and deliverables. The role involves conducting discovery meetings, advising on best practices for user experience and performance, and supporting sales efforts by presenting solutions and clarifying technical approaches. The Web Consultant will also help monitor project outcomes, suggest improvements, and ensure that implemented solutions continue to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Client-facing consulting skills, including needs analysis, solution recommendation, and stakeholder communication.
• Web analytics skills to interpret user behavior, traffic patterns, and performance metrics for data-informed decisions.
• Sales and presales skills to support lead generation, proposal creation, and solution presentations.
• Foundational knowledge of web development and web design to collaborate effectively with technical and creative teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate business requirements into technical and design language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with digital agencies, IT services, or technology consulting environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajarhat, manage multiple engagements, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
