Wealth Relationship manager/ Branch Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• For wealth relationship manager: Acquire new customers and manage existing relationships.
• Drive CASA, Savings Accounts, Current Accounts and Term Deposits/FDs.
• Cross-sell Mutual Funds, SIPs, Life/Health/General Insurance, Credit Cards and Investment Products..
• Drive customer portfolio growth, revenue and fee-based income.
• Manage leads, customer engagement and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
• For Branch Sales Manager: lead and monitor the branch sales team and drive overall branch business.
• Ensure excellent customer service, KYC/process compliance and customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA with relevant banking or financial services experience.
• Strong sales, relationship management and customer acquisition skills.
• Experience in CASA, wealth products, insurance, mutual funds or retail loans preferred.
• Good communication, networking and team-handling skills.
