KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client acquisition & relationship ownership
• Build, manage, and grow a long-term client portfolio through trust-based advisory
• Leverage existing relationships and networks to acquire new clients
• Ensure consistent engagement and maintain high client satisfaction over time
• Holistic wealth advisory & solutioningAct as a trusted advisor across investments, insurance, lending, and wealth solutions
• Understand client goals, risk appetite, and financial priorities to recommend suitable products
• Deliver goal-based, need-driven advice aligned with long-term wealth creation
• Portfolio review & client servicing
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and provide proactive financial guidance
• Support clients through market cycles with disciplined, transparent communication
• Ensure timely servicing, renewals, and ongoing relationship management
• Product & platform utilization
• Offer solutions across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loans, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, and other products
• Position PROSPERi5 as a comprehensive platform for all client financial needs
• Stay updated on new offerings and market developments to provide relevant insights
• Operational coordination & complianceCoordinate with internal operations and compliance teams for smooth onboarding and documentation
• Ensure error-free execution, servicing, and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Maintain complete transparency and suitability in all client recommendations
• Business growth & revenue contribution
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through deeper client penetration and long-term engagement
• Expand wallet share by offering multi-product wealth solutions
• Focus on relationship-led growth rather than transaction-only selling
