Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Wealth Managers to join our Direct-to-Customer sales vertical. The role involves engaging directly with customers to understand their financial goals and providing them with the right mix of life insurance and wealth/investment solutions without dependency on agency or intermediary channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly source and acquire customers for life insurance-cum-investment products through in-house leads, references, and self-generated prospects
• Conduct financial needs analysis and offer suitable wealth management and protection solutions to customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (premium, policy count, and persistency)
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Ensure complete and compliant documentation for policy issuance
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes in the insurance/investment space
• Provide after-sales service support to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with the branch/D2C team to meet business targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (BFSI/Finance background preferred)
• 1–7 years of experience in D2C sales, wealth management, or direct sales roles within life insurance, banking, mutual funds, or broking industries
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven with a customer-first approach
• Local candidates with knowledge of the regional market preferred for respective locations
