Position - Wealth Manager

Location - Mumbai

Work exp- Minimum 2 Years

Salary - uptp 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with affluent, HNI and premium banking customers.
• Acquire new customers and grow the existing customer portfolio through referrals and lead generation.
• Understand customers' financial needs, investment objectives and risk profiles.
• Offer suitable wealth management, investment, insurance and banking solutions based on customer requirements.
• Cross-sell products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Demat/Investment products, CASA and other retail banking products.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, AUM and portfolio growth targets.
• Maintain regular contact with customers through calls, meetings and relationship-building activities.
• Identify opportunities for increasing customer wallet share and product penetration.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Investment, Operations, Credit and Service teams for smooth customer servicing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with KYC, AML and internal banking policies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide relevant financial/investment updates to customers.
• Handle customer queries, escalations and service requirements effectively.
