- Process ARN and broker-code transfer requests end-to-end, coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and internal stakeholders within defined TATs.
- Manage day-to-day operations for Wealth and PMS accounts, including onboarding, KYC, and folio/account maintenance.
- Process and verify transactions — purchases, redemptions, switches, SIP/STP/SWP registrations, and corporate action updates.
- Coordinate with custodians and depositories for PMS trade settlements, holdings reconciliation, and reporting.
- Reconcile client holdings, cash positions, and NAV data between internal systems, RTAs, and custodians.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS/reporting for management, partners, and clients on transaction and portfolio status.
- Track and resolve operational queries and escalations from clients, partners, and internal teams within SLA.
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, and internal audit/compliance requirements across all operational processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational turnaround and accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all wealth and PMS operational activities.
