Wealth Advisor - Equity-Based Products

Roles & Responsibilities

• Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and pain points. Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up via phone, email, and other digital channels.
• Present products or services clearly and persuasively to potential customers. Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Acquire new clients through digital leads, referrals, networking, and self-sourcing.
• Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information to support the sales process. Schedule meetings and product demos when necessary.
• Track and report on sales metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

1. Candidate Profile
   
• 1+ years of experience in BFSI sales Wealth Advisory, Private Wealth & RM, or any B2C inside sales experience with market knowledge/understanding.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and any one regional language. Excellent communication skills — verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• High degree of accuracy. Willing and able to work extra hours on occasions to complete tasks.
• Strong ownership mindset — manage end-to-end client relationships independently.
• Passion for sales, advisory, and achieving ambitious business goals.
• Ready to learn & unlearn.
